Could of had a note on your website that whole dealership was going to be moved for the weekend for out of town people. Roll into town only to see lot taped off with a sign "see us at Hickory Point Mall" so now I have to Google directions to that place and phone was having service issue. A lil heads up would have been nice.

Took my vehicle in for routine inspections and maintenance. They were ready to go when I got there. Mike explained what work would be performed. Service was done in a timely manner. All well very well.
My salesman was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions and worked very hard to make a good deal for me. Was headed home to think about deal and he called me before I was out of the lot to advise me regarding the GM zero interest was ending that night. I went back he worked more on my deal and we closed my purchase. Excellent service.
It seems like we are told one thing on the phone and then get another when we show up. I was told to bring Our Daily Delivery vehicle in for an oil change first thing in the am and it would only take a half hour, I knew it sounded to good to be true. Almost 1 hour and 15 minutes later it was done, my employee could have been doing work instead of sitting waiting.
