The 2016 Chevy Impala will be available in three different trims for the new model year: LS, LT and LTZ. It will continue to offer all of the same features that made it an award-winning vehicle for 2015, as well as a variety of new and updated components. Fresh exterior paint colors, a new interior option and extended technological capabilities will be available on the full size sedan. If you want top-notch power, the 2016 Chevy Impala
in Decatur has what you're looking for. The latest model is available with a 3.6L V-6 engine, delivering 305 horsepower, which is the highest horsepower output from a naturally-aspirated V-6 engine it its segment. Additionally, the engine outputs 264 lb.-ft. of torque and is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. This transmission is also matched with the smaller 2.5L engine which comes standard throughout the lineup. Producing 196 horsepower and 186 lb.-ft. of torque, the 2.5L displacement is a great engine option. It also comes with a stop/start system and direction injection, which help provide excellent performance.
Aside from its engine choices, the 2016 Chevy Impala in Decatur has a range of new and updated features. Apple CarPlay and wireless charging are now offered on the sedan, while leather seating has replaced the optional suede-cloth upholstery on LT models. In addition to this, the Impala Midnight Edition has been added to the lineup, which is available on LT and LTZ trims. It sports a black exterior, black rear spoiler, 19-inch machine-finished aluminum wheels with black accents, black Chevy bowties, a black interior trim and sport pedals. Chrome mirror caps and door accent moldings have also been added to the Impala Midnight Edition LTZ models.
