For 2016, all Chevy Traverse models come equipped with a 3.6L V-6 engine. The powertarin features a single exhaust on LS and LT models and delivers 281 horsepower and 266 lb.-ft. of torque. The LTZ model gains the 3.6L V6 with dual exhaust, which generates 288 horsepower and 270 lb.-ft. of torque. Both versions of the V6 come with direct injection and are paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. With a combination of each of these components, the 2016 Chevy Traverse in Decatur is able to produce first-class performance across all models.
New on the Traverse this year is the OnStar 4G LTE with Wi-Fi hotspot. Available through a subscription, this service allows passengers to stay virtually connected while inside the vehicle regardless of its location. Aside from this feature, the 2016 Chevy Traverse in Decatur receives fresh 20-inch aluminum wheel designs and two new exterior paint colors: Mosaic Black Metallic and Iridescent Pearl. A Leather and Driver Confidence Package is also being offered on LT models, which comes with Side Blind Zone Alert, Rear-Cross Traffic Alert, leather seating, eight-way power driver and passenger seats, and a power-folding driver-side mirror with integrated turn signals.
