What's New for the 2019 Chevy Bolt?
In 2019 the Chevy Bolt returns to the market with a more spacious cabin, updated technology, better steering and handling, and a larger touchscreen. There is also more in the way of safety too, including an optional Driver Confidence package. The newest Chevy Bolt, which is an electric-powered vehicle, gets nearly 240 miles with a single charge. There are nine exterior colors offered in the latest Chevy Bolt, which is ideal if you want to give it a custom finish.

2019 Bolt Has Abundant Features
There are two trim levels of the 2019 Chevy Bolt available. The base model is called the LT, and the highest trim level is the Premier. The LT has a 10.2-inch touchscreen, which is among the largest available in any vehicle on the road today. A keyless entry system and remote start are other notable features on the Bolt.
The base model has 17-inch wheels and automatic headlights. The wheels are paired with all-season tires for extra traction and durability. Intermittent wipers, high-intensity headlights, and LED lights in the front and back are also standard. The LT also has heated outside mirrors. Both the driver's seat and the front passenger's seat move in six ways. The base trim has a six-speaker audio system and an available leather-wrapped wheel.
Chrome accents add an elegant finish to both the interior and the exterior. Cruise control is standard, and there are plenty of cup holders throughout the cabin. The latest Bolt comes with front bucket seats and ambient interior lighting too as standard amenities. USB charging ports and a 4G WiFi hotspot are additional standard features on the base trim.
With the Premier trim level, you'll get more standard driver-assist safety features. Aluminum 17-inch wheels, recovery hooks in front and back, more chrome accents on the exterior, solar-absorbing glass, and roof rails are other standard features in the 2019 Premier. The interior is more comfortable and luxurious with the addition of leather seats and a heated steering wheel. Both front seats are heated, as are the rear outboard seats.

Chevy Bolt Power & Performance
The 2019 Chevy Bolt operates on battery power. Its battery power comes from a 60 kWh battery that is rechargeable and can store excess energy when it's not needed. The Bolt comes with a 120V charging cord for quick recharges. The Chevy Bolt also features a 12V rundown protection mechanism that turns off interior lighting when the car is not running. This saves energy and prevents the car's electrical components from accidentally draining the battery. Front-wheel drive is standard in both trim levels of the 2019 Bolt. This year's vehicle comes with an automatic transmission.

Chevy Bolt Safety In the Forefront
A total of 10 airbags throughout the cabin are designed to protect occupants from every angle during a crash. The Bolt comes standard with a child seat LATCH safety system that locks a seat firmly in place. LED daytime running lamps are standard on both trim levels, as is a backup camera. Electronic stability control is a standard safety feature on the LT and Premier.
The Premier comes with more standard driver-assist safety features. This includes rear cross-traffic alert, rear parking assistance, and a lane change indicator with an integrated blind-spot warning mechanism. Other features, such as forward collision alert with front pedestrian detection, lane departure warning, and lane-keep assist are available safety features on both trim levels.
