Welcome to Miles Chevrolet! My name is Darcy Grinestaff, and I am a Managing Partner here at our BHA location. I have been working in the automotive industry for the past 38 years, and I pride myself on working in and maintaining an environment based on mutual respect. Not only does our staff respect the work that each of us does to make this business successful, but we also have a great deal of respect for our clients. There's nothing I love more than watching a new employee learn and grow within our business.

My wife Kim and I have been married for the past 43 years, and we have four children together. After graduating from Mt. Zion High School, I attended Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. My favorite pastimes include quality time with my wife and kids, golfing, and following the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team. I have served as a school board member in the community for many years, and I support local athletics.

I started working at Miles Chevrolet in April 1987, one month before marrying my wife, Sheri. We have two girls, Courtney and Bianca. Courtney was married in June 2014 and is a speech-language pathologist working in Normal, and Bianca is working in St. Louis as a radiological technologist specializing in CT/MRI. We enjoy hunting, fishing, and any outdoor activity.

Born and raised in Decatur, Rob graduated from Eisenhower High School and Millikin University. Rob started at Miles in 1989. He has worked his way up through the dealership, starting in the parts department. He was a sales consultant, Nissan Sales Manager, New Chevy Car Manager, New Chevy Truck Manager, and is currently the New Vehicle Director. Robs interests include golf, football, and auto racing.

I was born and raised in Iowa, graduating from Marshalltown High School in 1981. I started my career with Miles Chevrolet in 1996 and have worked in Sales, Reconditioning, and now the Internet sales manager/used car assistant manager. I am married to my best friend, Jennifer, and have seven wonderful children and one Grandchild. A lifelong resident of Decatur, Jarrod attended Eisenhower High School and Richland Community College. He has been a sales consultant with Miles since 2010. When not at work, he follows his beloved Chicago Cubs and is engaged to Candace Lehman.

Gary graduated from Macon High School in 1985. Played Football and Basketball. Joined the automotive industry in 1987. Lives in Mt. Zion Illinois with wife Rhonda, who works for the Decatur Public School system, son Blake who attends Mt. Zion schools. Gary is a 2-time Mark of Excellence winner for GM Certified sales consultants.

I grew up in Central Illinois and graduated from Atwood-Hammond High School in 1981. Was in the United States Air Force from 1983-1989. I have been employed at Miles Chevrolet as a Truck specialist since 1997. I am happily married to my loving wife, Valerie Anne. I am an avid pheasant and quail hunter, enjoy camping, boating, Nascar, and football. I have realized that if you treat people the way they want to be treated, they will continue to do business with you! I have been Customer Satisfaction Salesperson of the year in 2003,2005,2008, 2010, 2011, and 2012. Come in and allow me to earn your business.

Ken just recently returned to Miles's pre-owned department, coming out of retirement after a 30-year-plus career with the dealership. Ken attended Eisenhower High School and Illinois State University, then served his country in Vietnam as a helicopter supply specialist from 1969 to 1970. A "salesman of the year" several times throughout his Miles career, Ken's velvet voice can be heard singing everything from Neil Diamond to Lloyd Price several nights a week at his favorite karaoke bar. He has been married to his wife Sylvia since 1999 and has two sons, one daughter, and ten grandchildren. A member of Antioch Baptist Church, Ken also likes to travel, go antiquing, and read about Decatur's history.

I am from central Illinois and have been with Miles Chevrolet since 2018. When I am not at Miles trying my best to give customers exactly what they want, I enjoy spending time with my wife and family. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to assist you with your next vehicle selection!

I grew up in Mt Zion, my hometown. I have been a lifelong fan of The Ohio State University Buckeyes, as well as a fan of the Kansas City Royals & St Louis Cardinals. I love hitting a beach and attending ballgames in my spare time. I started at Miles in 1989 as a manager of the detail shop and have held various supervisory positions at the dealership, such as body shop foreman, assistant service manager, service manager, service/body shop director, service director of Crown Toyota & Nissan and now the service director of all three stores since 2017.

As a child growing up, my dad and my Poppy owned a large repair shop, so I pretty much grew up in the automotive business. Born and raised in Decatur and a graduate of Mt Zion, I love our community! My husband Michael and I have been married for 15 years and have two children. Although I love to read and write poetry, my extra time is consumed with our children's sporting activities. I am a high school graduate from Decatur. I enjoy going to church, spending time with my family, and sports. I started working at Miles in 1993 and am married with two children.

I have been with the Miles Chevrolet and Crown Nissan Toyota family for 30 years. I graduated high school in Pana, where I grew up, and attended college in Jackson. Mississippi. I have three boys, Anthony, Andrew, and Aaron. My wife Julie and I have been married for four years. I enjoy anything connected with the outdoors, fishing and playing golf in the spring and summer and waterfowl hunting in the fall and winter.
