The first retail production model of the new 2025 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 recently fetched $3.7 million at the well-known Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale auction. This sale equals the highest bid ever recorded for a Barrett-Jackson charity vehicle. Back in 2022, the 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 70th Anniversary Edition garnered the same sum. All proceeds from the sale will go to the Red Cross for relief efforts, with a focus on assisting communities across the country affected by recent natural disasters like floods and wildfires.

Chevy awarded $165,000 worth of scholarships to 11 HBCU students. It is part of its Discover the Unexpected internship program.

 
The all-new 2023 Corvette Z06 was auctioned at the Palm Beach Auction. The car raised a record-breaking $1 million for the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. It is a special edition Corvette and only the second to be auctioned off, and it's sure to be a hot commodity among car collectors.
