Do You Have Loaner Vehicles or a Shuttle?
We do offer loaner vehicles while your car is in our shop. Contact us to set up an appointment in advance, and we can help you get to your destination.
When Should I Replace My Tires?
Tires should be replaced when the tread indicator appears on the tires. These are narrow strips of rubber along with the tread and only become visible when the tire is worn. You can also do the penny test to check your tread wear. Insert a penny head-down into the tread. If you can see all or most of Lincoln's head, then your tires probably need to be replaced. You can improve the life of your tires by having them checked and rotated regularly at Miles Chevy.
Do You Service Vehicles From Other Brands?
Although we are a Chevy dealership service center, we can service other brands and especially other brands by GM.
What Time Does the Service Department Close? (Or What Are the Hours for Service?)
The service shop is open from 7:30 AM to 5 PM on Monday through Friday. On Saturday, we are open from 7:30 AM to 12 PM. We are closed on Sunday.
